- Liverpool Womens Hospital, Hewitt Fertility Centre – dates TBC
When organising a Fertility Cycle there are a few points to consider; you may need to ask the venue for application to hold event, this should include giving details of your health and safety procedures, risk assessment, and they may require a first aider to be on site. You will also need to check there is suitable public liability Insurance in place; if holding the event at your pace of work you will most likely be covered by the company insurance – but do let them know what you are doing. It is also worth keeping a detailed outline procedure of the day from start to finish including bike deliveries and pick ups, times of bikes changes to help with the smooth running of your event. Don’t forget to clear up before you leave! If you are holding your event in a public place, such as a train station or shopping centre, their facilities manager will be able to guide you on the procedures relevant to that specific venue.
